Debbie Baker was raised in California and Moved to Missouri in 1999. In 2010, she received her BA in Liberal Arts from Southeast Missouri State University. Ms. Baker later received her MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University in 2014. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, Ms. Baker works with individuals, couples, and families. Ms. Baker also works with children, adolescents and adults. In her free time, Ms. Baker loves to travel with her husband and dogs back to the beaches in Southern California.
A Licensed Professional Counselor since 1998, Gail Baker attained her MS in Clinical Psychology at Central Missouri State College in 1995 and later received her PhD in General Psychology at Walden University in 2014. With Mefford & Associates since 2006, Dr. Baker has worked in a variety of settings - domestic and international - throughout her clinical career and served as adjunct professor with Central Methodist University from 2012-2018 teaching graduate courses in psychology. A general practitioner, Dr. Baker also has specializations in trauma and transgender issues, a subspecialty in chronic pain management, and is certified in nutritional psychology.
MA, LPC, NCC - Marie Satterwhite is a Licensed Professional Counselor with the State of Missouri as well as a Nationally Certified Counselor with the National Board of Certified Counselors. She has a warm and compassionate person-centered counseling style. She uses a variety of counseling methods to help clients find solutions to the current problems with which they are struggling, enact positive change in their lives, and experience personal healing.

Dr. Andra Ferguson has been an out-patient therapist since 2007 and was prior an adolescent therapist in an in-patient acute care setting for ten years. She received a BS degree in Dental Hygiene from University of Missouri-Kansas City. She received a MS degree in Clinical Psychology and a MS degree in Counseling Psychology from Central Missouri State University. She completed her supervision and licensure requirements at Royal Oaks Hospital (1999-2002) and currently practices as a Licensed Professional Counselor with Mefford & Associates, in Sedalia and Warrensburg, MO. She received a PhD in Health Psychology from Walden University. She currently teaches graduate and undergraduate students in the programs for dentistry and psychology. Dr. Ferguson has been a member of the IMET/UMICPT team since 2003 and is also on the board for IMET. She has given presentations on a variety of trauma related topics to professionals in Istanbul, Turkey; Islamabad, Karachi, Khaki Village, Kashmir, Peshawar Pakistan; Joplin, MO; New Orleans, LA; Butare, Kigali, Rwanda; and many other locations in the United States.
